
For this foodfightfriday I am trying out the quorn pieces to make a vegan chicken curry, as far as I know quorn is some kind of fungus or mushrooms or something either way looks and tastes like chicken breast, and here it is.

Some mustard seeds and cumin seeds

Then I braised the quorn pieces

With some onions

And tomatoes

Garlic

Turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder, and Garam masala

Some yeast extract

Potatoes

And some fresh coriander

Instead of rice I made some quinoa. That’s my foodfightfriday meal and thanks for stopping by
