
When I used to live in South Africa Spurs was my favourite and I would only have the cheddar melt schnitzel, so I have tried to replicate it and vegangised it too, another thing, there is no kind of flour in the shop to make the mushrooms sauce thick so I had to use red lentils to thicken the sauce. On the side is homemade oven chips and onion rings.
First off to make the onion rings.

In a bowl with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, mixed herbs and crumbs.



Then I made a mushroom sauce.

Lentils.

Onions and garlic.

Salt pepper and mixed herbs.

Plant based milk.

For the schnitzel I came across these bad boys.

I also found my favourite vegan cheddar and put a slice on and pow.
