En nuestro post de hoy queremos hablar de metas y de sueños. De como los sueños de una pequeña niña se vuelven metas. Que con esfuerzo y dedicación logran alcanzar, por eso hablaremos de lo que fue nuestra Segunda Copa Interna de Base y Escuelita 2025.
In today's post, we want to talk about goals and dreams. About how a little girl's dreams become goals. Goals that, with effort and dedication, can be achieved. That's why we're going to talk about our Second Internal Base Cup and Escuelita 2025.
Antes de contar lo que aconteció este día, quiero esclarecer algunos detalles.
El primero de ellos es que para la mayoría de estas niñas está fue su primera vez en competir dentro de una copa. En segundo que debido a varios factores que se escaparon de nuestro poder no se pudo adquirir el tapate para la competencia. Lo cual facilita la ejecución.
Before recounting what happened that day, I want to clarify a few details. The first is that for most of these girls, this was their first time competing in a cup. Second, due to several factors beyond our control, we were unable to acquire the mat for the competition. This makes execution easier.
El tercero y último pero no menos importante. Varias de estas niñas tenían solamente 1 mes de preparación. Sin embargo, el vivir estas experiencias es lo que las forman como atletas. Cómo se dice en la gimnasia rítmica. Si no quemas tapete y no te fogueas en las copas, no logras controlar esos nervios, pulirte y ser la mejor. Aclarado esto proseguimos
Third and last, but not least. Several of these girls had only one month of preparation. However, living these experiences is what shapes them as athletes. As they say in rhythmic gymnastics, if you don't burn up the mat and get your feet wet in competitions, you won't be able to control those nerves, polish your skills, and be the best. With that clarified, let's continue.
La cita fue a las 9:00 am, en el G.E. Menca de Leoni de Guarenas. Donde funcionamos actualmente, comenzaron a llegar las atletas y familiares. Los familiares a ubicarse en sus asientos y los atletas y una madre por atleta al espacio de preparación. Hicieron Acto de llegada las Juezas. Quienes evaluarán a las atletas desde baby hasta 13+.
The appointment was at 9:00 a.m. at G.E. Menca de Leoni in Guarenas. Where we currently operate, the athletes and their families began to arrive. The families took their seats, and the athletes and one parent per athlete went to the preparation area. The judges arrived and performed the arrival ceremony. They will evaluate the athletes from baby to 13+.
Lo primero fue el calentamiento, no pueden ejecutar sin antes realizar un buen calentamiento y estiramiento físico, le siguió la prueba de tapete. En esta fase pasan las atletas por niveles, sin música, a ejecutar su esquema para verificar las direcciones. Luego de esto se alistaron con sus respectivos leotardos según cada esquema.
The first thing was the warm-up. They cannot perform without first warming up and stretching properly. This was followed by the mat test. In this phase, the athletes go through the levels, without music, performing their routine to check the directions. After this, they got ready in their respective leotards according to each routine.
Y listo. Le dimos inicio a nuestra copa con la participación del nivel baby y 6 años. En estos niveles la entrenadora @anaronez9g puede hacer acompañamiento externo a la atleta para guiarla. Ya a partir de nivel 7-8 años cada atleta paso de forma individual a ejecutar sin acompañamiento. No está de más aclarar que la medida de espacio para ejecución de los niveles baby 6 años y 7-8 años es menor a la de los demás niveles.
And that's it. We started our competition with the participation of the baby and 6-year-old levels. At these levels, coach @anaronez9g can provide external support to guide the athletes. From the 7-8-year-old level onwards, each athlete performed individually without support. It is worth noting that the space required for the baby, 6-year-old, and 7-8-year-old levels is smaller than that required for the other levels.
Finalmente, después de que todas pasaron a competir. Se realizó el desfile para entonar la letra de nuestro Himno Nacional de Venezuela y de nuestro Estado Bolivariano de Miranda. Se enviaron a las atletas a esperar todas ordenadas. Centradas para realizar las premiaciones. Todas fueron premiadas. Más, sin embargo, fue con base en su calificación el orden de esta premiación. Ya luego de finalizar la premiación todos se cambiaron rápidamente. Nuestro equipo de Gimnasia Artística. Realizó una demostración en exhibición bastante impresionante. Y luego nuestro equipo de gimnasia rítmica incluyendo nuestras babys más pequeñas de 3 años participaron en la gimnastada de cierre con temática de porristas. Donde se mostró no solo gimnasia rítmica, sino también acrobática, y artística. Luego de esto dimos por culminada la copa para dar inicio al compartir familiar y atletas. Donde pudieron disfrutar de deliciosas meriendas sanas y tomarse fotos con sus familiares para de esta manera tener siempre un recuerdo de tan hermoso momento, donde no solo ganaron una medalla, sino que enfrentaron sus miedos, se arriesgaron a hacer lo que desean, y se esforzaron por ello. Todas se fueron felices y decididas a dar lo mejor de sí para ser cada vez mejor.
Finally, after everyone had competed, there was a parade to sing the lyrics of our Venezuelan National Anthem and that of our Bolivarian State of Miranda. The athletes were sent to wait in orderly fashion, centered for the awards ceremony. All of them received awards. However, the order of the awards was based on their scores. After the awards ceremony, everyone quickly changed. Our artistic gymnastics team gave a very impressive exhibition. Then our rhythmic gymnastics team, including our youngest 3-year-old babies, participated in the closing gymnastics show with a cheerleading theme. They performed not only rhythmic gymnastics, but also acrobatic and artistic gymnastics. After this, we concluded the cup to begin the family and athletes' gathering. They enjoyed delicious healthy snacks and took photos with their families so they would always have a memory of such a beautiful moment, where they not only won a medal, but also faced their fears, took risks to do what they wanted, and worked hard for it. Everyone left happy and determined to give their best to keep getting better and better.
Como club nos sentimos orgullos de cada una de ellas y del maravilloso trabajo que realizó nuestra administración y nuestro Equipo de Producción y su Director @moisesjohan quién nos sorprendió como siempre con tan excelentes fotografías captando siempre los mejores momentos de estas vivencias.
