Es un placer y orgullo para todos nuestro equipo el saludarles queridos Hivers. El día de hoy queremos compartirles la maravillosa noticia de que gracias a nuestros años de labor y compromiso apoyando al G.E.Menca de Leoni. Donde funcionamos actualmente y con el cual tenemos un acuerdo de entrenamiento de masificación con libre acceso a todos sus estudiantes. La directiva del plantel nos ha otorgado una oficina donde podremos atender de manera administrativa de una manera más formal. Esto para nosotros es un orgullo y es bastante emocionante ver qué es valorado el apoyo que damos dentro del plantel. Que existe un respeto y reconocimiento interinstitucional. . Al igual que otros espacios del colegio está oficina se encontraba en abandono por falta de recursos ah tal grado que en ella habitaban 3 panales de avispas amarillas. Estoy representaba una amenaza para los mismos alumnos del plantel. Este es un colegio muy grande lo cual es difícil de mantener.
It is a pleasure and a source of pride for our entire team to greet you, dear Hivers. Today we want to share the wonderful news that, thanks to our years of hard work and commitment supporting G.E.Menca de Leoni, where we currently operate and with whom we have a mass training agreement with free access for all their students. The school's board of directors has given us an office where we can handle administrative tasks in a more formal way. We're really proud of this, and it's super exciting to see that the support we give within the school is valued. There's respect and recognition between institutions. Like other areas of the school, this office was neglected due to a lack of resources, to such an extent that it was home to three yellow wasp nests. This posed a threat to the students themselves. This is a very large school, which is difficult to maintain.
Día 1 El primer paso fue llamar al equipo de protección civil para qué realizará la exterminación. Ya que requiere un procedimiento especializado. Luego de que culminaron su labor al día siguiente comenzó la nuestra para limpiar el espacio, recoger los residuos y quemar el copito que queda de panal pegado a la ventana para que las avispas no regresen. Ese día nos encargamos de quemar lo que hizo falta. Y rociamos el área con gasoil para aumentar a las avispas. Y recoger con aserrín todo lo que cayó de los panales. Luego de retirar eso ordenamos las cosas y comenzamos a lavar el piso con abundante agua y jabón. Ciertamente, quedaron marcas por el descuido de años y el techo quedó manchado por la quemada de los panales.
Day 1 The first step was to call the civil protection team to carry out the extermination, as it requires a specialized procedure. After they finished their work the next day, we began ours to clean the space, collect the debris, and burn the remains of the hive stuck to the window so that the wasps would not return. That day, we took care of burning what was left. We sprayed the area with diesel fuel to kill the wasps and collected everything that had fallen from the hives with sawdust. After removing that, we tidied up and began washing the floor with plenty of soap and water. Of course, there were marks left behind from years of neglect, and the ceiling was stained from burning the hives.
Día 2 Lo principal fue instalar la luz porque sin ver bien todo se complica. Nos reunimos para evaluar como evitábamos que fuera a minarse de nuevos insectos. Así que tomamos la decisión de tapar con cartones la ventana, ya que los vidrios están partidos y no contamos con el presupuesto para cambiarlas. Sin embargo, esto no nos detuvo. Dimos manos a la obra y luego de cubrirlos bien colocamos una tela lila para darle más vida momentáneamente. Se limpió una repisa que nos asignaron y se lavaron las paredes
Day 2 The main thing was to install the light because without being able to see properly, everything becomes complicated. We got together to discuss how to prevent new insects from getting in. So we decided to cover the window with cardboard, since the glass is broken and we don't have the budget to replace it. However, this did not stop us. We got to work and, after covering them well, we put up a lilac fabric to brighten it up for the moment. We cleaned a shelf that was assigned to us and washed the walls .
Día 3 Durante este día pegamos unas cartulinas de color negro al escritorio para darle más vida. Utilizamos las alfombras tipo gramas verdes de manera decorativas y colocamos los tatamis del equipo de karate a quien le aportaremos un espacio para guardar parte de sus aparatos, ya que nos ayudamos mutuamente.
Day 3 During this day, we stuck some black cardboard onto the desk to liven it up. We used green grass-like rugs for decoration and placed tatami mats from the karate team, who we will provide with a space to store some of their equipment, as we help each other out.
Día 4 Una de las paredes de la oficina tenía una perdida de friso. Lo cual dejaba el bloque al descubierto y provocaba constante polvo en el piso. Así que con algo de material nos dimos cita en el lugar y procedimos a taparla para poder avanzar a la hora de pintar. Aún nos falta mucho por hacer para llegar a las condiciones óptimas, pero vamos con buen ritmo. Day 4 One of the office walls had a missing frieze. This left the block exposed and caused constant dust on the floor. So, with some materials, we met at the site and proceeded to cover it up so we could move forward with painting. We still have a lot to do to reach optimal conditions, but we are making good progress. We are grateful to our core team who make everything possible @zulayromo @moisesjohan @anaronez9g I hope Allan enjoyed our progress.
