 Today I want to share with you a new project, which I had to do on the run hehe, because for some time I have wanted to recover Easter traditions that I enjoyed in my childhood and adolescence, those delicious sweets that my grandmother made and that we tasted for many years, but at that time we only limited ourselves to go and share beautiful memories and we were not allowed to enter the kitchen, then we grew up we signed our own homes and new traditions. >El día de hoy quiero compartirles un nuevo proyecto, el cual me toco hacerlo a la carrera jeje, pues desde hace tiempo he querido recuperar tradiciones de la semana santa de las que disfrute en mi infancia y adolescencia, aquellos deliciosos dulces que realizaba mi abuela y que degustamos por muchos años, más en ese entonces solo nos limitábamos en ir y compartir de hermosos recuerdo y no se nos dejaba entrar a la cocina, luego crecimos firmamos nuestros propios hogares y nuevas tradiciones.
 But last week I was invited to a workshop of **Sweet Easter** and I felt that nostalgia for those flavors that I had years without trying, as the saying goes **“nobody cooks like mom, but in my case nobody made sweets like grandma's ”**; but there was a small detail I needed to wear a cooking hat, and I don't know if it happened to you that when you look for something you need at the moment you don't get it, well that's how it happened to me, until I remembered that I had lent my hat and it had not been returned 😔😔😔😔, so I had to be creative, but I had never made a hat before. >Mas la semana pasada me hicieron una invitación a un taller de **Dulcería de la semana santa** y sentí esa nostalgia por aquellos sabores que tenia años sin probar, como bien dice un dicho **"nadie cocina como mamá, mas en mi caso nadie hacia los dulces como los de la abuela"**; pero había un pequeño detalle necesitaba llevar un gorro de cocina, y no sé si les pasado que cuando buscan algo que necesitan al momento no lo consiguen, pues así me sucedió, hasta que recordé que había prestado mi gorro y no me lo habían devuelto 😔😔😔, así que me tocaba ser creativa, mas nunca había confeccionado un gorro.
 I tried to look on the internet and luck was not with me, the workshop was for the next day at 8 am, and the invitation came at 7 pm, so without internet or data to navigate, I decided to call a friend, to tell me how I could make a quick and easy hat, she gave me certain indications and so I made the pattern. >Traté de buscar en internet y la suerte no estaba conmigo, dicho taller era para el siguiente dia a las 8 de la mañana, y la invitación me llegó a las 7 de la noche, así que sin internet ni datos para navegar, decidí llamar a una amiga, para que me indicara como podía confeccionar un gorro fácil y rápido, ella me dio ciertas indicaciones y así hice el patrón.
   Then I looked for my fabric to cut the pieces I needed and sewed. The first thing I did was to iron and sew the strips for the bow. >Luego busque mi tela para cortar las piezas que necesitaba y a coser. Lo primero que hice fue planchar y coser las tiras para el lazo.

   After almost 1 hour I could have my cooking hat and have everything ready to go to enjoy such a delicious learning experience. >Luego de casi 1 hora pude tener mi gorro de cocina y poder tener todo listo para ir a disfrutar de tan delicioso aprendizaje.
