The Bible contains so many teachings and warnings of God on the things we are expected to do and the ones we are not expected to do.
It is prohibited by God to marry or have sexual relationships with our kin. Leviticus 18:6
None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the Lord.
It's quite unfortunate that some country now legalized it that one can marry from their kin, forgetting the law of the Lord. Marrying a family member or kin or having sexual relationship with them is an abomination in the site of God and as children of God we should not indulge such.
Science tells us an information that if you marry the nearest of your Kins, it is not something good because you might end up having babies with defects - mental and physical. This is the law of God which was also proven by the scientist, we should follow it in other to avoid God's wrath upon us. There are many people in the world we could marry from and not our family members.
Let us always love and care for our family members in the way of God and not in lustful way.
