Micah 3:4:
Then shall they cry unto the Lord, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
It is sin that create a spiritual wall that separates us from God's presence. It is the greatest barrier between Man and God, it separates us from our creator and make our prayers ineffective. When we continue to sin against God, it makes him to hide his face from us and to turn against us in time of trouble when we call upon him. Even if we call him Lord! he will not answer us because we have disobeyed his commandments and have gone astray, leaving us with the feeling that he is far from us.
Brethren, our God is an ever loving and compassionate God, He don't want us to inherit eternal condemnation. He is always ready to hear our prayers and forgive us if we return to his ordinances and ask for forgiveness, the wall of sin will be broken and fellowship will be restored. He will always be with us and we will find him in our daily lives.
