Hola creativos de Hive! Hoy les traigo un nuevo tutorial de San Valentin. En esta ocasión quiero mostrarles todo el proceso creativo de unas rosas hechas con material reciclado y mucho amor. Espero les guste mucho el resultado, los dejo con todo el proceso.

Hello Hive Creatives! Today I bring you a new Valentine's Day tutorial. This time I want to show you the whole creative process of some roses made with recycled material and a lot of love. I hope you like the result, I leave you with the whole process.

Vamos a empezar seleccionando las hojas qué usaremos para la manualidad. En este caso yo estoy usando 8 hojas de un libro viejo para hacer las dos rosas.

Ustedes pueden dejar las hojas sencillas, pero, yo quise darle un poco de color con parches de pintura roja, que hice simplemente diluyendo pintura acrílica roja en agua y esparciendola al azar por las hojas.

Let's start by selecting the sheets we will use for the craft. In this case I am using 8 leaves from an old book to make the two roses.

You can leave the leaves plain, but, I wanted to give them a little color with patches of red paint, which I made by simply diluting red acrylic paint in water and spreading it randomly on the leaves.

Luego de eso, vamos a cuadrar el papel. Para ello, lo único que debemos hacer es doblar la hoja de esta manera y recortar lo que sobra.

After that, we are going to square the paper. To do this, all we have to do is fold the sheet in this way and cut out what is left over.

Luego doblaremos los cuadrados en forma de triángulo tres veces, asi:

Then we will fold the squares in the shape of a triangle three times, like this:

Luego de eso, recortamos cada triángulo de la siguiente manera, para formar los pétalos.

After that, we cut out each triangle as follows, to form the petals.

Le cortan la puntita...

Debe quedarles así al abrirlo.

It should look like this when you open it.

Luego, a dos de las 8 flores, le recortaremos un pétalo, a otros dos, dos pétalos, a otras dos tres pétalos y a las últimas 4 pétalos. Esto con el fin de crear capas diferentes para la rosa.

Then, to two of the 8 flowers, we will cut one petal, to another two, two petals, to another two three petals and to the last 4 petals. This in order to create different layers for the rose.

Una vez hecho los cortes, las pegamos sobreponiendo uno de los pétalos sueltos sobre el otro.

Once the cuts have been made, we glue them by superimposing one of the loose petals over the other.

Una vez hayamos pegado todo, es hora de armar la rosa. Para ello lo primero que haremos será enrollar los pétalos que cortamos para hacer la base de la rosa, de esta manera:

Once we have glued everything together, it is time to assemble the rose. To do this, the first thing we will do is to roll the petals we cut to make the base of the rose, like this:

Luego, introducimos y pegamos las partes restantes y listo! Les queda una hermosa rosa.

Then, we insert and glue the remaining parts and that's it! You are left with a beautiful rose.
