A Day in My Life Blog: Our Annual District Youth Department Planning held at Beat Naawan Beach Resort! 😊😇🙌

**Have a Blessed Day to all ASEAN Hivers and all my Fellow Hivers all over the World!** 😇 As the new month of November has now finally started, expected that I have again many event to attend and I just started it today with our Annual Strategic Planning for the year 2026 with regards to our Youth District Department. We have a lot of plans for next year and we're very excited for all of this to be happen that is why we need to do our annual planning so we can have a proper programs to be implemented. Now, I am glad to share what happen today but before I get started please allow me to give thanks and appreciate all my supporters as this is what I really love to do. Most especially to all Curators, the Admins and even to my co-Hivers who keeps on supporting me.  Our District Director already planned about this Annual Planning and we thank God for it is a good timing for their is no classes due to a bad weather condition that the local government declared no classes in all levels. That is why, it is great for we are free to have a meeting and everyone who has a work can even join us. And also the Students, for we also have students who were also part of the team as one of the leaders, so they can attend the meeting.  Supposed to be we're planned to come to our venue around 1:00 in the afternoon but since the the weather is not good and some of our colleagues distation is somewhat very far which they need to travel around 3 hours. We've decided to be in the venue at around 5:00 in the afternoon. Finally, around 5:00 we're here already and some are on the way and they're already near. We then decided to go inside and get a room for we will be going to sleep here as we will expect to discuss many things for our Annual planning.   Now that we're finally have a room and checked in, we then decided to start preparing our dinner while waiting for other to come as only few were still on the way. What we then prepared are this fish which we grilled. We only bought few knowing that we were just around 10 individuals to attend, only leaders are invited to join.    It was around 6:30 when some of our Co-leaders who were traveling from a far has finally arrived safely and we thank God for even they're very far from here, they came here with dedication and love for the Lord. We have also finished grilling the fish and we have also bought some Lechon Manok for our dinner. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures during our dinner as my phone is lowbat and I need to charge it. After we take our dinner, were very full and that we need to rest for a while before we get started with our Annual Planning. While we wait for a while, we take this time also to prepare most especially of the important details we need to discuss. Finally around 7:30 in the evening it is now time to get started our Annual District Planning as we do really have a lot of things and topics to discuss most especially that we only have two months left before 2026. Our District Director now is the one to take over the planning so we have a proper and arrange flow of our activity tonight. We need to do this as soon as possible so our District Director can report it also with our heads in our District. Since we have a lot of activities that needs to plan with. We make it every month with the possible and accessible actvities by every Sections in our District. We need to be more specific and accurate so we can make it properly. Each one of us were given a chance to speak and share our ideas, so we can have ideas of what activities we should have to do and implement. We thank and praise God for this opportunity and for giving us ideas tonight. It was already around 10:30 in the evening when we finally have a draft of our Annual Activities for next year and our District Director for the Youth is now ready to report to the District but first we need to finalize it by tomorrow. Since it is already late in the evening, it is now time for us to go to sleep and rest as the next day will be another day for our planning and the finalization of our Annual Activities.
