Time flies so fast, and I need to cherish all the moments with my daughter while she is still young. So, I decided to bond with my daughter during weekends since it’s my rest day from work. On Saturday morning, we woke up early and drove to SM Seaside Mall in Cebu City to avoid traffic. My daughter, Rava, loves to watch Dino World, trying to imitate the sounds of the dinosaurs. Our first stop at SM Seaside was Dino World. We spent an hour in that place while waiting for her mom to buy food for lunch.

I am really happy watching my daughter explore and unlock her curiosity through hands-on experiences with the life-size dinosaurs in Dino World. She was scared at first, but later, she started touching the dinosaurs and laughing out loud. I’m trying to give my daughter experiences that my parents couldn’t afford when I was young. Supporting my daughter in this way also helps me heal my inner child.

The smile and curiosity on my daughter’s face made my day. All the stress and headaches from work disappeared. I told myself, *This is truly the life of a father.* A loving father, trying to give his daughter a life full of learning and a nurturing, loving environment.

The Dino World shop’s name is Dino Dig. It doesn’t only feature dinosaurs; there are other animals too, like turtles and various kinds of whales and fish. My daughter was also amazed by the size of the turtle. She shouted, “Oh no! Turtle, turtle, turtle!” and tried to grab the turtle and kiss it, just like she does with her mini turtle toys at home.

What a great day and experience with my daughter! It’s already been two weeks since I last posted life updates here, but rest assured, I’ll keep posting during my free time. Also, my new Canon R8 camera has finally arrived! I hope I can find the time to use it and share my photographs here again.
