## Hello, everyone!
I haven't been active on Hive for a while, and this is my first post in this great community!

On August 11, 2025, my elder sister, @kneelyrac, asked me to go to the city with our youngest sister. Unfortunately, the youngest sister wasn’t available because of her school projects. So, I ended up going alone, just strolling around by myself, as I often do.

I was waiting for my turn at the automated teller machine (ATM) when I noticed a guy ahead of me wearing Adidas Evo SL shoes. I thought to myself, "Wow, amazing!" One thing is for sure: that’s how you can spot a runner! Hahaha.
>I'm a runner too. So I know, but I'm not familiar with all running shoes.

After that, I headed to the nearest mall to cool off and enjoy a stroll in the hot weather that had me sweating. I confidently explored Watsons, Daiso, and 50savers, where I found that most items were priced at 50 PHP, with none exceeding 150 PHP.

While I was at Watsons, I was browsing for hair essentials, skincare products, and makeup when a saleslady casually asked me if I had a Watsons card. I told her I didn’t have one, and she informed me that it was free that day, with no payment required. She also mentioned that I could earn discounts in the future by collecting points.

It was 4 in the afternoon when I decided to go to the grocery store. However, on my way, I felt starving, so I bought a waffle that cost 30 PHP.

Going to the grocery store to buy items that cost more than 100 PHP is a new experience for me. It feels like I’m in a different era because I grew up going grocery shopping with my mother or grandmother. Although I have tried going to the grocery store before, I usually only bought 1 to 3 items. This time, I am purchasing more than just a few items.
> Feeling proud moments. Huhu

I visited three grocery or department stores across different malls. It was kind of exhausting, but I was still enjoying myself until it started to rain. I was carrying goods that weighed less than 15 kg while wearing a skirt and white shoes. It was really difficult for me because the weight was challenging to manage, especially while commuting during the rainy season.
>I'm the pretty son of my parents or the pretty bro of my sisters. Huhu

It was almost 9 PM when I arrived at the bus terminal, and unfortunately, no buses were running or available at that time. I waited for an hour for the next bus to arrive, but when it finally did, it filled up within just five minutes. If I hadn't been carrying a heavy load, it might have been easier for me to get on, but I decided to stay put and wait for another bus, which would take yet another hour to arrive. However, I felt fortunate that I unexpectedly ran into some neighbors, one of whom was my mother's friend. She kindly offered me a ride home in their car. I was truly blessed and thankful for that gesture.

When I got home, the words that came out of my mouth were, “Thank you, Lord,” because it wasn’t easy, but I made it home safe and sound.

That would be all guys!
Thanks for dropping by!!
