MCGI TOPIC REVIEW: IS PRAYING ENOUGH TO GET CLOSER TO GOD?

And when we pray, we must always follow our prayers with action. Because prayers without action is nothing and that is why the Bible has instructed us to work and pray. If we call upon the name of God and we choose to stay lazy, then out prayers might not come to realization. This scripture from the bible clearly shows us what; >Matthew 7:7 : “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” We have been told to call upon the name of God and ask in his name and anything we ask will be given unto us, then we should knock, which simply means that we must put in some actions so as to receive. As believer who is always asking for God to supply his daily bread, we should also go and and put in some physical action by working so that God can bless the works of our hand. We we call upon God with all sincerity of heart with full compliance and obedience to his teaching, he will surely draw is close to him.
