It is very possible to have a good health even from an younger age till we leave this world. A lot of people do not know how to stay healthy and how to eat healthy. The bible is a book of wisdom which is why it admonishes us to all be in sound health so that our soul will prosper.
`3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.`
Meaning above all, our souls and being must be in good health always. Scientists believe that as humans grows our health begins to slow down but that bible verse above told us different thing. The health of a person can continue to prosper by doing what God has said and stop talking in things that affects the health.
Staying healthy until old age, it was very much possible in the generations of Moses and they were so healthy until death, and even at old age, Moses did not died a natural death, it was God who took him. He died not because of sickness, he was healthy until death.
`Deuteronomy 34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.`
`Deuteronomy 32:49-50 Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people`
So, a servant of God may prosper in soul and in health if they follow the scripture. Good health is not estimated , so I will encourage all believe to be obedient and be faithful to what God has commanded.
