Happy Sabbath day God's people, today's teaching will be centered on the continuation of how to remain healthy according to the biblical teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In this part of the teaching, which is teaching us on how to keep our body exercising in a spiritual and physical form. Toxic substance leaves out body anytime we engage ourselves in any form of physical exercise and this alone helps in strengthening our physical form, mental form and even our immune system metabolism which will reduce the risk of getting obese or prone to disease.
So, as a child of God who is always trying to get fit physically, we should not neglect our spiritual life also and make sure to make everything balance both our physical and spiritual life. And God also desires us to be fit spiritually.
As a believer, we should eat moderately and we should not and watch what we eat because a small portion of food is far more better that fasting filled with anger. We should eat moderately and love and happiness.
