As humans, we should always try all our possible best to abstain from eating unhealthy food that contains much sugar and we should consume fruits, vegetable, fresh foods and foods rich in nutrients. Good created us wonderful, so likewise all the things her created and that includes foods that we consume. So anytime we want to eat anything, we need to thank God first for providing the food, as him to bless us and thank him for always providing meals. Anytime we eat and forget to thank God, we only focus on the physical aspect while we neglect the spiritual aspects of it. According to Proverbs 14:30: we should just not eat, we should always consider the manner at which we eat. We should always be filled with gladness, love and peace so as to get nourished. >A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones. So, as a believer after doing all these things above, we should also find time to be resting because we need that balance in our life. And lack of not resting properly can lead to stress, anxiety and worry which can be shutting down our body system gradually which can make our health to be prone to diseases.
