As a believer, we should always pray in faith and trust God without any doubt in our hearts that he will surely do what we are asking from him in our prayers. Prayer is asking God a favour to do things that we cannot do.
Prayer is talking to our creator and is the shorter bridge between we humans and God because anytime we call upon his holy names, he his ready to answer us and grant our requests.
In our daily activities, we are occupied with a lot of things which might fuel anxiety in us or might even give problem, the the world of God has made it known that we should not be troubled by any problems in life and the only solution is to pray to God with an heart full of thanks.
Remember, you should always pray everything. Pray without season. Pray when everything is good. Pray when you are passing through though time. Pray always in the day, pray before going to bed. Pray before starting your day, pray before making any decisions. Pray always because it makes you closer to God.
