Emotional Control Is Your Secret Weapon for Endless Energy

So I think I've observed of recent, I've learned something they had with. Sometimes when you're just retired, it's not about just skipping your morning routine or not about being stressed out and not getting enough sleep. Although those might play a huge role.

But there is something that stands out for me, which is a huge energy drain. And it comes from something that we don't really talk about, which is more like emotional control or can we say the lack of emotional control.

At some point when I started paying attention to how my emotions, they're just hunting and controlling me, I realized that I was just wasting away my time, wasting so much stress, overthinking, overreaction, and imagining things that never exist or that will never even come to existence or even happen.

Like of recent now, I want to share with you what I discovered. So just imagine that I'm just around sitting at a desk. Then suddenly there was an email that struck me. Then it says how did they? And all of a sudden, I'm beginning to feel that I'm in trouble and before I know it, I'm feeling overwhelmed because I'm thinking and just become exhausted, which is no good.

Not because I ran a hundred miles or I walked myself out, I just let my emotion take over me because of a short message that I just received. This also sounds familiar. Maybe we don't start these little arguments with someone or a neighbor and we started taking things, and we started taking things they say so seriously that it started getting into our emotions. Or maybe someone refused to reply your message and you're thinking that she or she does not care about you anymore.

Maybe you were walking on the street and you see someone laughing, and you just feel that they are laughing at your appearance or your speaking. All these things can bring your energy so much when you begin to take all this into consideration and what you do.

What helped me stay calm. Calmness was my superpower. When I started trying to practice emotional control, so that I see if I was trying tonfeel the switch of my ego. Stay calm, take a deep breath, and just try to convince myself that this thing has not got my energy. And at last I finally discovered it wasn't worth the overthinking and consideration.

When I stay calm, it clears my mind, it allows my energy to be high. It's not about keeping those feelings, it's about choosing where to concentrate your feelings, not just on mere issues that will not allow me to use. Your energy is just like a bank account. So any freak out or any overthinking, you realize then you are withdrawing it.

But calmness is like a deposit. The more you are calm, the more you are depositing into emotional control, and the more you get the perfect result. We have to notice it. Sometimes we catch ourselves when we are feeling emotional pause. Take a deep breath and tell yourself, what is going on here? Why am I overreacting? Is it a big deal? Or is it just what I'm feeling? Just let go of just more stuff.

Even though someone is late or someone offended you, just leave it, save your time, save your energy for what matters the most. I think emotional control is a skill, not just something you just learn unconsciously. You have to take practice. Be conscious of controlling it. And don't let it control your life or drain your energy.

When you master all this, I think it will help you and make you unstoppable. Maybe you begin to clear your head, focus more, and be ready to accept what life throws at you. Anytime you feel like you're feeling stressful, just take a deep breath. Your energy is very important. Save it and you'll thank yourself later.
