So, it says, O worship the Lord in the beauty of his holiness. This scripture is done from Psalm 96:9. This is not just an ordinary text. It carries a very important truth. Holiness is good and beautiful. It reflects the complete nature of God.
His commandments are not just burden, but a sort of light to guide our step and beauty in a world that is darkened by sin. Brother Eli made it clear that righteousness is not good. And when you think about it too, it is right. It is happening in our world, like the broken homes and corruption. You just realize that how the right it is.
There is nothing beautiful about it. It really destroys, it corrupts, and it brings us to misery, but holiness builds our life and we are blessed by it. When a family lives by the commandments of God, it is even easier it becomes a perfect place because righteousness dwells in that place.
The love, peace, and order that come from obeying the word of God is what is defined through beauty. So, holiness makes life meaningful. It makes life peaceful. And our worship is to please God. Indeed, holiness is one of the most beautiful things we can ever dream of as believers.
