I look at our generation today I wonder what we have been missing so much.
We are now in a busy world where we don't have time for our loved one. We are so occupied with our job, our aspiration and all our endeavors in life. Some of us are so addicted to monitoring the lives of other people that are more successful than us. We don't care to share the little time we have with our loved ones so we just text quickly.
Text like how are you doing? how was your day? And that is all. Those longer text are not here. Sometimes not just the short message it's not that those short messages do not carry but but sometimes those long messages can express lots of emotions.
Sometimes I need to feel very guilty about this thing but I just take a glimpse online. Just text a short message to my loved ones, it's not even taking time to really share my thoughts vividly. Take a deep breath or calm down, write a long letter to my best friend or anyone that is close to me or that is far from me, all my loved ones.
I'm still hoping to create a time that I will just relax and write a long letter, where I will prosper at everything, my dreams, my fears and all the silly moments that I have had through my lifetime, through my loved ones.
These moments might feel like a very big hug in words. And also when you receive this kind of letter from the other person that is thinking of you, it will also make you feel better and it will clear your heart more and show that you are really appreciated more in what you are doing. And this might be the magic of this letter.
This shows that you are acknowledging people that they are worthy of your effort and they also are acknowledging you to feel that you make it to realize that you are very special in your heart. So in the world where sometimes we are too scared of bothering people, someone writing a letter can serve as an act of courage to show that it really matters even when there is no reciprocity.
It shows that they want to know, they want to connect with you deeply and they want to know you more. Even without you asking for it. So I want to challenge everyone to keep trying. It's not to one hand, just take their pen, take their paper and write some love story. Share that story with me. Don't be afraid. Give someone hope, give someone life. Don't worry.
It's not about being an elephant or not expecting a person. It just has to be you. And if you can do this, you can make so much connection with you. It's the person that keeps growing into something that is very beautiful. And sometimes it might be one of the beautiful stories ever.
Someone will find a letter and someone can see your letter, loved ones, and feel very loved once again. And that might be the best changing moment for that person.
