RE: More dogs dumped at the temple

It is kind of maddening here in Vietnam because people have dogs, not nearly as many as Thailand but they do not get them sterilized. Just on my block there is this one female that is perpetually pregnant to the point where everyone just calls her "mama dog" and now we have 3 other semi-stray dogs in the hood as well, one of which is female and is likely to go the same route of having pups constantly. . They don't really cause any problems but dogs are scooped up off the streets here at night, unfortunately for the dog meat trade. This is the sad reality as to why there is no stray dog problem in Vietnam.
