Today was quite a mix of emotions. I started my morning with cleabing and preparing meal after which i left for service. Going to my place of worship is my favourite place to be, i feel at ease and calm when i am there.
After the meeting, i took some pictures, i actually did that because i had almost left talking pictures on Sunday out of my routine. Before life happens, i usually like to take pictures with friends every weekend.
After that i left to pay condolce to a relative who lost his ex wife. It was a sober moment, yet one that reminded me of how fragile life really is.
While sitting there, my mind wandered to something funny but real, this man lost his ex wife and he can replace her or is already in the process before her death. But the kids lost their mother they would never have a replacement,nobody can love them dearly like their mom. I felt really sorry for them. But i know they will be alright.
At the end of the day, I realized: life is short, people are important, and sometimes even in our most serious moments, a little thought can still make us smile and reflect.
