In this drawing, I captured that moment of fascination we all experienced: a small child staring intently at a button on the wall, perhaps a doorbell, or maybe something more mysterious. I tried to convey the innocence and curiosity in his eyes, the way his large eyes fixate on the button, wondering - 'what will happen if I press it?' What secrets does this button hide? What sounds or events will it trigger? Or who put it there?
I liked the idea of such an everyday object becoming a portal to the unknown, to anticipation, for a child. The slightly worn texture of the button contrasts with the softness of the child's face, and the shading aims to add depth to this small but significant interaction.
I hope you enjoy this little scene and that it brings back a bit of nostalgia for those moments of discovery we once had.

Hola a todos! Para el prompt de hoy, BUTTON, quise explorar la curiosidad y la intriga que puede generar un simple botón, especialmente a través de los ojos de un niño.
En este dibujo, capturé ese momento que todos tuvimos de fascinación, un pequeño niño mirando fijamente un botón en la pared, quizás un timbre, o tal vez algo más misterioso. Intenté transmitir la inocencia y la curiosidad en su mirada, la forma en que sus ojos grandes miran fijamente el boton, preguntándose - "qué ocurrirá si lo pulso?. Qué secretos esconde este botón? Qué sonidos o eventos desencadenará? o quien lo puso ahi?"
Me gustó la idea de un objeto tan cotidiano, pero que para un niño se convierte en un portal a lo desconocido, a la expectativa. La textura del botón un poco desgastada, contrasta con la suavidad del rostro del niño, y los sombreados buscan darle profundidad a esta pequeña pero significativa interacción.
Espero que disfruten de esta pequeña escena y les traiga un poco de nostalgia por esos momentos de descubrimiento que tuvimos.
