Hi friends, I wanted to take a little break from drawing original characters with their stories, as right now I don't have the mental energy to write and create narratives for my illustrations. Although they may be simple or have a cliché, they require a bit of concentration to give them a touch of mystery or make them engaging and interesting. That's why these days I've decided to draw women with my graphite and charcoal pencils. It's a practice I used to do a lot with real models, but since I stopped doing it, the flow of models willing to pose for drawings has dropped quite a bit. So I decided to do these drawings using my existing knowledge of anatomy and movement.
For this piece, I wanted to keep it simple and drew a girl with her hands behind her back and one leg raised, giving more prominence to her abdomen and and chest. It was for this very reason that I wanted to hide her hands, as hands in a drawing often attract attention because they are one of the most difficult parts of a person to draw. If they are well done, they tend to steal the attention with their details, and if they are done poorly, they also attract attention, becoming a source of "mockery," so to speak. So, hiding them to give prominence to other parts is always my choice when I draw bodies and want the focus to be where I want it. I hope you like it. Hola amigos, quise tomarme un pequeño descanso de los dibujos de personajes originales con sus historias ya que en este momento no tengo mucha cabeza para ponerme a redactar y crear una historia de las de mis dibujos, que aunque sean sencillas o algo cliche requieren un poco de concentracion para poder darle un toque de misterio o que sea enganchante e interesante de leer. por eso estos dias voy a dibujar con mis lapices de grafito y carboncillo dibujos de mujeres para no perder la practica de algo que solia hacer mucho antes con modelos reales pero al dejar de hacerlo el flujo de modelos dispuestas a posar para ser dibujadas ha bajado bastante asi que me decidi por hacer estos dibujos con el conocimiento anatomico y de movimiento que ya tengo para estos dibujos.
Para este quise ser sencillo e hice a una chica con las manos detras y una pierna levantada, dandole mas protagonismo a su abdomen y pechos, justo por esa razon quise esconder sus manos ya que las manos en un dibujo suelen llevarse la atencion por se lo mas dificil de dibujar de una persona y si estan bien hechas suelen llevarse la atencion por los detalles de estas y si estan mal hechas tambien porque suele ser motivo de alguna "burla" por asi decirlo. estonces esconderlas para dar protagonismo a otras partes siempre es mi eleccion cuando dibujo cuerpos y quiero que se enfoquen en lo que quiero. espero les guste, les estare mostrando dibujos de este estilo en esta semana siempre que pueda.
