Greetings, dear friends of Hive, lovers of architecture and design. I hope you are enjoying an excellent Monday, starting the week with energy and vitality. Today I want to share with you images of a model of homes with a modern design, both in terms of the homes themselves and the urban planning, which meets the basic requirements and a little more to make it the home of your dreams.  It is a residential development located on Nectario Maria Avenue, better known as La Ribereña, a few kilometers from the city of Barquisimeto, called Tarabana Plaza. It has been my place of residence for a little over 10 years, and I must say that it has been the best investment of my life. It was quite difficult for me to make that decision because it required a considerable financial sacrifice to pay the special fees, but thanks to my wife, who is an accountant, she was able to plan our income very well to meet the payments.   This development consists of 220 homes, built on a considerable amount of fill because the land was used for sugarcane cultivation for many years. So they removed the topsoil and filled it with borrowed material to build the terraces. The development includes green areas, a security guard house, a party hut, a swimming pool, and a recreation and sports area. A well was recently built to supply drinking water, as the water service in the area is very poor.    There are six booths where hydropneumatic equipment is installed to supply a certain number of homes. Initially, there were two centrifugal pumps, but currently there is only one pump in each booth to pump water to the white water network. There are three types of homes: two-story, two-story with a terrace, and three-story. All are built using the “tunnel” system, which consists of filling the walls and ceiling with reinforced concrete so that they function as load-bearing elements, without the use of columns. When we buy, we select one of two levels plus a terrace, and then we convert the terrace into another level of rooms to our liking. The three-level ones come with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the center on each floor.   The images I am showing you are of a very modern and minimalist renovation that a neighbor near my house did, and I think it turned out very well. It has all the comforts, without luxuries but with beautiful and functional details. Everything is in its place, nothing is missing and nothing is superfluous. In this design, every corner was used to bring life and beauty to the rooms.  | -|-  | -|- The only discordant detail in this design is the stairs. Due to its longitudinal layout, the design includes right-angle turns, which inevitably results in triangular steps that require caution when climbing or descending, as one must know where to place their feet to avoid falling. Furthermore, climbing these three floors is a real inconvenience for older people. I am already getting tired of climbing to the third floor, where our bedroom is located.  | -|-  | -|- But personally, I am very satisfied to have achieved the goal of owning a home in this neighborhood, and it will be when we reach old age and can no longer climb the stairs that we will think about selling. Hoy les quiero compartir imágenes de un modelo de viviendas con un moderno diseño tanto de las viviendas como del urbanismo, que cumple con los requerimientos básicos y un poco más para convertirla en la casa de tus sueños.  Se trata de una urbanización ubicada en la avenida Nectario Maria, mejor conocida como la Ribereña a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Barquisimeto que lleva por nombre Tarabana Plaza. Resulta que es mi lugar de residencia desde hace un poco mas de 10 años y debo decirles que ha sido la mejor inversión de mi vida. Me costó bastante tomar esa decisión porque ameritaba un sacrificio económico considerable para pagar las cuotas especiales, pero gracias a mi esposa que es contadora, supo planificar muy bien nuestros ingresos para cumplir con los pagos.   Esta urbanización consta de 220 viviendas, construidas sobre un relleno considerable debido a que el terreno era usado como siembre de caña por muchos años. Así que removieron la capa vegetal y rellenaron con material de préstamo para construir las terrazas. El urbanismo consta de áreas verdes, caseta de vigilancia, caney de fiestas, piscina, área recreativa y deportiva. Recientemente se le construyó un pozo para el abastecimiento de agua potable, ya que el servicio de agua de la zona es muy deficiente.    Existen seis casetas donde está instalado un equipo hidroneumático que abastece cierto número de viviendas. Inicialmente tenía dos bombas centrífugas pero actualmente solo cuenta con una bomba en cada caseta para bombear el agua a la red de aguas blancas. Respecto a las viviendas, existen tres tipos: de dos niveles, de dos niveles más terraza y de tres niveles. Todas construidas con el sistema "Túnel" que consiste en vaciar las paredes y techo con concreto armado de tal manera que funcionen como elementos que soporten las cargas, sin utilizar columnas. Cuando compramos seleccionamos una de dos niveles más terraza y luego la terraza la convertimos en otro nivel de habitaciones a nuestro gusto. Las de tres niveles vienen con dos habitaciones y un baño en el centro en cada piso.   Las imágenes que les presento corresponden a una remodelación muy moderna y minimalista que hizo una vecina cercana a su casa y que considero le quedó muy bien. Con todas las comodidades, sin lujos pero si con detalles bonitos y funcionales. Cada cosa esta en el lugar que le corresponde, no le falta ni le sobra. En ese diseño aprovechó cada rincón para darle vida y belleza a los ambientes. | -|- | -|- El único detalle discordante de este diseño son las escaleras. Debido a su desarrollo longitudinal, el diseño contempla quiebres en ángulo recto, por lo cual es inevitable la presencia de peldaños en forma triangular, los cuales requieren de cuidado al subir o bajar porque hay que saber colocar el pie para no caer. Además, es un verdadero inconveniente cuando las personas son mayores el hecho de subir estos tres pisos. A mi ya me está cansando subir al tercer piso, que es donde tenemos la habitación. | -|- | -|- Pero en lo particular estoy muy satisfecho de haber logrado la meta de poseer una vivienda en este urbanismo y ya será cuando lleguemos a la vejez y no podamos subir las escaleras cuando pensemos en vender.
