Saludos estimados amigos de la comunidad que une a la familia @family-friends, espero que esta semana que recién comienza venga llena de alegría, salud y bendiciones.  Este fin de semana estuve realizando un trabajo misionero en compañía de la familia de los redentoristas de mi parroquia, en un sector del municipio Palavecino que queda un poco retirado de la ciudad llamado Veragacha. La labor que realizamos allí los misioneros, fue la de acompañamiento a los jóvenes de mi parroquia que estaban allí realizando un campamento juvenil misionero, con la presencia de 80 chicos y chicas, con el ánimo y el corazón bien dispuestos a evangelizar a las familias del sector.    El trabajo de la evangelización casa por casa es bastante fuerte, considerando que las casas se encuentran distantes y el calor del sol es abrumador. Sin embargo, una vez que se comienza, se va sintiendo una satisfacción de haber sembrado una buena semilla que pronto dará sus frutos. Como una gran familia caminamos juntos a visitar las casas y la gente nos correspondió abriendo la puerta de sus hogares y dejando entrar el mensaje de salvación llevado a través de cada misionero.    Es una experiencia única, tanto para los chicos como para los adultos que llena nuestras vidas de amor y necesidad de ayudar a otras personas a conocer la palabra santa que renueva y da sentido a nuestra existencia. Fue un fin de semana diferente a tantos otros, donde nos tocó caminar, nos cansamos, pero al final conseguimos la meta buscada: llevar la buena nueva a todos los hogares de ese sector. Hasta aquí la experiencia que hoy les comparto, espero encontrarnos en otra oportunidad. This weekend, I was doing missionary work with the Redemptorist family from my parish in an area of the Palavecino municipality called Veragacha, which is a little way outside the city. The work we missionaries did there was to accompany the young people from my parish who were there conducting a youth missionary camp, with 80 boys and girls present, with the spirit and heart well disposed to evangelize the families of the area.    The work of door-to-door evangelism is quite challenging, considering that the houses are far apart and the heat of the sun is overwhelming. However, once you start, you feel a sense of satisfaction that you have sown a good seed that will soon bear fruit. As one big family, we walk together to visit the houses, and the people respond by opening the doors of their homes and letting in the message of salvation brought by each missionary.    It is a unique experience, both for children and adults, that fills our lives with love and the need to help others learn about the holy word that renews and gives meaning to our existence. It was a weekend unlike many others, where we had to walk, we got tired, but in the end we achieved our goal: to bring the good news to every home in that area. That is the experience I am sharing with you today. I hope to see you again another time.
