En esta oportunidad quisiera compartirles imágenes de un almuerzo que disfruté en compañia de mis colegas y compañeras de trabajo en un restaurante de Cabudare llamado "BL Chicken and Ribs". Este lugar está ubicado en la avenida intercomunal Barquisimeto-Acarigua y es un restaurante bastante nuevo en la zona. Ya lo había visitado en anterior ocasión, pero esta vez fuimos a comer pollo a la brasa. Éramos tres personas y teníamos la duda si un pollo alcanzaría para los tres y el mesero propuso pedir un pollo y si faltaba pedir medio más. Así lo hicimos,pero antes pedimos tres refrescantes cervezas porque veníamos de la obra y el sol estaba con toda su potencia generando un calor desesperante. Brindamos por el momento y por la buena marcha de la construcción de las viviendas y en pocos minutos ya teníamos el pollo en la mesa. La bandeja era bastante grande y parecía que era más de un pollo lo que traía, porque se veía una buena cantidad. Venía con ensalada, guasacaca y hallaquitas de maíz. El pollo estaba en su punto y con muy buen sabor. Yo comí cuatro raciones y las chicas también comieron lo suyo y todavía sobró una ración de pollo, la cual el mesero envolvió para llevar. Un lugar bastante tranquilo, agradable y un excelente sasón, por lo cual se los recomiendo ampliamente si alguna vez vienen a Cabudare. Es una buena opción cuando se nos pasa la hora de comida y queremos algo rápido y nutritivo. También tienen el servicio de entregas a domicilio, lo cual ayuda mucho cuando no hay ganas de cocinar. We toasted the moment and the smooth progress of the housing construction, and in a few minutes we had the chicken on the table. The tray was quite large and it looked like there was more than one chicken on it, because there was a good amount. It came with salad, guasacaca, and corn hallaquitas. The chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted great. I ate four servings, and the girls ate theirs too, and there was still a serving of chicken left over, which the waiter wrapped up to take away. It's a fairly quiet, pleasant place with excellent seasoning, so I highly recommend it if you ever come to Cabudare. It's a good option when we miss lunchtime and want something quick and nutritious.
