Hello everyone here,

It's nice to be back in posting here really miss these place. After months of lesson planning, grading papers, and inspiring young minds, teachers across the Philippines finally got their much-needed health break , a time to rest, recharge, and reconnect. For us teachers, this wasn’t just a pause from the classroom; it was a celebration of hard work, unity, and the joy of being together outside the school walls.

This year, our school decided to make the most of our health break through a team building escapade in one of Davao’s hidden gems — Manawari Resort in Samal Island. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the gentle sea breeze, the cozy ambiance, and the warm smiles of the resort staff. The place felt like a tropical hug — calm, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. The rooms were amazing, offering comfort and relaxation after a day filled with laughter and activities. Each space was designed with a touch of island serenity — simple yet elegant, making us feel at home while surrounded by nature’s beauty.

Of course, no great getaway is complete without good food and Manawari did not disappoint! Every meal was a treat, from savory seafood dishes to refreshing fruit platters. The resort’s restaurant truly knew how to satisfy hungry but happy teachers ready to feast after a full day of bonding.

When the sun went down, the fun turned up! The live band took the stage, serenading guests with lively music that made everyone sing and dance along.

But the highlight of the night? The foam party! We all danced under the stars, surrounded by bubbles and laughter, forgetting about deadlines and lesson plans for a while. It was pure joy — a reminder that teachers, too, deserve to have fun and let loose.

Our health break in Manawari wasn’t just about rest it was about reconnection. We strengthened our bond as a team, celebrated our shared passion for teaching, and recharged our spirits to return to school with renewed energy.

This place at night, very awesome.

As the saying goes, “A happy teacher makes happy learners.” And after our unforgettable Manawari experience, we’re all ready to go back to class — refreshed, inspired, and grateful for the gift of time to breathe, laugh, and live.
