The Backbones Of Society, Breaking Cliches.

Hello wonderful Ladies and Gentle Men, I love that we are all here once again and for this week I would be starting with the contest topic which says Blue Collar Job, what do we have on that?  My thinking is that people run for the white collar job because the name sounds classy to them and anybody that hears you are doing a white collar job especially your village people they would hold you in high esteem, because according to people's opinions white collar job is the real deal and once you have reached there, they would say you have hammer (made it in life), so many other funny responses you get about people's idea why they prefer white collar job and trust me I also love white collar job, I love the way they workers dress it's so attractive and it makes them unique, I love looking all shabby and smart so that's my number one attraction for a white collar job.  But then far beyond that narrative let's look at it from a different perspective, just imagine everyone runs to be a doctor, lawyer, banker and all those field and no one wants to be a teacher, who will now be in the classroom educating the younger generation, the equation is certainly not balance. You know this things that usually happens in offices where the organization normally drop down some workers because of evaluation purpose, just imagine that so called white collar job is no longer there which makes the person goes back to square one and start all over, there are risks involved everywhere but this one certainly will take you unaware when you least let your guard down.   If we all run to the so called white collar job who will sit in the junction of our Streets to repair our shoes when it gets spoilt, who will service our bicycles, machines, wheelbarrow, cars and all of that when we have issues with them, who will go around each street looking for condemned iron to buy from you so they can go resell and make money for their families, who will help out with our mansions or even help grandma's and grandpa's when they need help around the house (house helps), who will wash and iron our clothes perfectly for us (laundry services), who will attend to us in the market when we go to get items we need, who will help push those heavy loads we carry during journeys or after we are done in the market (wheelbarrows pushers), who will fry massa or sell sugar canes or sell fried yams for us in the streets.. there are countless blue collar job that I haven't even mention and we are already exhausting time and space. Hey you fellows, my dearest younger generations, the hope of our country, this blue collar job are the backbone upholding our societies and community, everyone of us make use of a blue collar job if not even doing them, this jobs tend to provides important services which promotes community growth and image, every job is as important as any other one so don't underestimate blue collar job they are worth more than you can imagine, yess those jobs don't only pay your bills as you may see it but they also brings fulfilment, burst our ego with our heads held up high and they makes you feel complete because it is what you love doing. White collar job, blue collar job, all na job so just find your own path, what completes you and make sure you take pride in what you do.
