Las creencias se siembran muy temprano, a menudo con palabras que parecen inofensivas. Esas frases se convierten en una semilla que crece dentro de nuestro Ser y, poco a poco, llena nuestra mente de mensajes invisibles que nunca elegimos. Reconocer su origen es el primer paso para una verdadera transformación personal y hacia una vida con mayor bienestar.

Una Experiencia Personal: El Poder de un Maestro

Este tema siempre me hace recordar a mis maestras de 4to y 6to grado. Si alguien creyó en mí, fueron ellas. Incluso la maestra de la biblioteca me dejaba llevar más libros a casa que a los otros niños.

Un día en segundo grado me llamó para un concurso: crear un cuento de dos hojas con un dibujo. Lo gané. En mi casa nadie se enteró, pero en la escuela fue una celebración porque era muy pequeña. Ya en esa época leía muy bien. Ese logro, aunque pequeño, fortaleció mi autoconfianza.

Hoy, cada vez que alguien me pregunta que es lo que tanto escribo en la computadora, recuerdo esos bonitos días de hacer cuentos, y de mucho leer a todos mis compañeros por el micrófono de mi escuela cada lunes patrio, Sin duda alguna, mis maestras veían una fortaleza en mí a temprana edad.

El Aula: Un Campo de Siembra para el #Mindset

La escuela no es solo un lugar para aprender materias; es el espacio donde los niños forman la visión de sí mismos. Cada logro, error y comentario refuerza una idea en su mente.

Cuando un maestro reconoce el esfuerzo (aunque el resultado no sea perfecto), envía un mensaje poderoso: Si lo puedes lograr y lo puedes mejorar. He visto cómo estudiantes que creían no poder leer, descubrían su potencial con un poco de paciencia y motivación. Esa creencia limitante se pudo transformar en una mentalidad de crecimiento.

Por el contrario, Si solo se escuchan críticas y comparaciones, esas ideas negativas se internalizan y pueden convertirse en frenos invisibles que nos acompañan toda la vida.

Fantasmas que Moldean Nuestra Realidad

Las creencias son la base de nuestra realidad. Lo que una persona cree sobre sí misma termina moldeando sus decisiones y, por ende, sus resultados.

Si aún no hemos determinado nuestras creencias limitantes; seguiremos permitiendo que estas alimenten pensamientos de incapacidad y duda, creando una realidad llena de obstáculos autoimpuestos. Actúan como frenos invisibles.

Si logramos avanzar y reconocer las creencias potenciadoras; crecerá firmemente en el potencial propio que activa ese círculo virtuoso de confianza, acción y resultados. Es el punto de partida para cualquier éxito duradero.

En mi camino, me ha servido reemplazar creencias negativas por acciones diarias y afirmaciones que me acerquen a mis metas. En comunidades como #Empowertalent encontramos ese espacio para desarrollar nuestro potencial.

Beliefs are planted very early, often with seemingly harmless words. These phrases become a seed that grows within our being and, little by little, fills our minds with invisible messages we never chose. Recognizing their origin is the first step toward true personal transformation and a life of greater well-being.

A Personal Experience: The Power of a Teacher

This topic always reminds me of my 4th and 6th grade teachers. If anyone believed in me, it was them. Even the library teacher let me take more books home than the other children.

One day in second grade, she called me for a contest: to create a two-page story with a drawing. I won. No one at home found out, but at school it was a celebration because I was so young. I was already reading very well back then. That achievement, though small, boosted my self-confidence.

Today, every time someone asks me what I'm typing so much on the computer, I remember those beautiful days of writing stories and reading to all my classmates through the microphone at my school every national holiday. Without a doubt, my teachers saw a strength in me at an early age.

The Classroom: A Sowing Field for #Mindset

School isn't just a place to learn subjects; it's the space where children form their vision of themselves. Every achievement, mistake, and comment reinforces an idea in their minds.

When a teacher acknowledges effort (even if the result isn't perfect), it sends a powerful message: You can do it, and you can improve. I've seen students who thought they couldn't read discover their potential with a little patience and motivation. That limiting belief was transformed into a growth mindset.

On the contrary, if we only hear criticism and comparisons, these negative ideas become internalized and can become invisible brakes that accompany us throughout our lives.

Ghosts That Shape Our Reality

Beliefs are the foundation of our reality. What a person believes about themselves ends up shaping their decisions and, therefore, their results.

If we haven't yet identified our limiting beliefs, we will continue to allow them to fuel thoughts of inadequacy and doubt, creating a reality full of self-imposed obstacles. They act as invisible brakes.

If we manage to move forward and recognize empowering beliefs, we will grow firmly in our own potential, which activates that virtuous cycle of confidence, action, and results. It is the starting point for any lasting success.

Along my journey, replacing negative beliefs with daily actions and affirmations that bring me closer to my goals has helped me. In communities like #Empowertalent, we find that space to develop our potential.
