Hola hola 👋 un grato saludo para mi querido y gentil lector, esta semana paso super rápido tanto así que ya solo faltan 2 días para culminar el challege de 21 días continuos haciendo ejercicios.
En resumen llevo 19 días continuos haciendo una distancia de 5k como mínimo lo cual me alegra porque jamás pensé que podría tener tantos días seguidos de entrenamiento siendo apenas un corredor 🏃 que no cumple ni siquiera un año practicando. Confieso que hace una semana el domingo pasado después de correr 10k me sentía super super cansado con los gemelos demasiado prensadas, y así amanecí el lunes que dude un poco si continuaría o no con el reto, sin embargo salí a cumplir pero al minino malestar me iba a detener para no continuar; aun no me ha dado ningún calambre y que no me de porque aun me faltan 2 días. El día martes y miércoles transcurrieron con normalidad sin embargo el jueves estaba el clima con las nubes ☁ muy muy bajitas que en cualquier momento 🌧 se vendría la lluvia y nos preparamos con unas bolsas para los teléfonos y así fue cuando no llevamos ni el primer kilómetro cuando se desató la lluvia y estaba bien lejos de un lugar para protegerme de la lluvia por lo que seguí con mi rutina hasta terminarla, mi primera carrera con lluvia me la disfrute bastante, y al regresar a casa me tome un 🍵 té.
La distancia total recorrida en la semana es de 35,4km y llevarme el puesto de 7mo lugar de todos los corredores de esta semana en Hiverun y entrando en el top 10.
Además esta semana también hice 2 récord personales (PR) que fueron los mejores tiempos de una milla de carrera y en 2 millas.

In summary I've been doing 19 continuous days doing a 5k distance at least which makes me happy because I never thought I could have so many days in a row of training being just a runner 🏃 not even a year practicing. I confess that a week ago last Sunday after running 10k I felt super super tired with the twins too pressed, and so I dawned on Monday that I doubted a little if I would continue or not with the challenge, however I went out to meet but at the slightest discomfort I was going to stop me not to continue; I have not yet given me any cramp and that I do not give me because I still have 2 days to go. Tuesday and Wednesday passed normally, however on Thursday the weather was cloudy ☁ very very low that at any moment 🌧 the rain would come and we prepared ourselves with some bags for the phones and so it was when we were not even the first kilometer when the rain came and I was far away from a place to protect me from the rain so I continued with my routine to finish it, my first race in the rain I enjoyed it a lot, and on returning home I took a 🍵 tea.
Total distance run for the week is 35.4km and taking 7th place out of all runners this week at Hiverun and entering the top 10.
