I'm adjusting to my new glasses - I did the eye exam last week and the new lenses and frames are in. I try them on and... wow they're different!
I'm wearing my first "progressive" lenses, so the magnification is greater at the bottom for reading. This takes some getting used to, since objects seen from the bottom of my new lenses appear closer than the center and top. This can be a little disorientating sometimes.
If find myself squinting, not because things are not in focus, but because my eyes (and brain) are adjusting to a 5 year update on my prescription!
These glasses are more "daddy" style, which makes sense since I'm the daddy of 7 precious ones!
The more I wear these the more comfortable they become. Just have to let my eyes relax, stop squinting and enjoy everything being sharp and clear again!
