My wallet is in bad shape. The sides are fraying, the leather is dull and it's full of credit cards just begging to put me and my family in debt.

I have an AMAZON VISA, which rewards 5% back on all Amazon orders (which our family utilizes) and it saves us quite a bit every month.

I'm a 110% TENTHER, a member of the "Tenth Amendment Center" which promotes that "Nullification is the rightful remedy" when it comes to Federal overeach.

Also a current member of HSLDA or "Homeschool Legal Defense Association". This is my TEACHER ID, granting legal authority to teach my own children.

Some fiat cash, needed in our society as a standard method of payment... but what's this sticking out?

It's a 1/1000th oz of pure gold! It's the ONE GOLDBACK! Not US dollar, not legal "tender", not a FED NOTE, but REAL money!

It may be intended for circulation in Utah, but anyone willing to exchange their goods or services for GOLD, it is a fair barter item.

Carry real money with you. This may be a "collectors item", it may carry numismatic value, it may carry a premium for a collector - but if we ever find ourselves in a pickle, these goldbacks are only a few dollars a piece (currently), but in a face-to-face interaction, they are worth much much more.

We are not accustomed to seeing REAL gold in every-day transactions. Most of the time, we don't even see cash anymore. A "credit" is just a number on a screen, it has no shape, form, color, or weight. Negotiating a number is one thing, negotiating a WEIGHT is another.
