I don't know what's up, but there have not been many chances to spot those glowing sunsets this year. I can only recall about 2 of those instances over the past two months.
A little less than a month ago, I invited a friend over and we were just going inside my place when I noticed the clouds. Since I have been chasing the glowing sunsets so much, I can recognize the cloud patterns when an amazing sunset is possible. I told my friend that dude, let's go on the field before going to my place, because I feel like this sunset is worth taking photos of. And I was right...
We arrived on the field about 10 minutes before sundown. It was nice but not too colorful yet.
About 4 minutes after the sun is gone is usually the best time to get these most colorful glowing cloud sunsets I'm looking for. Here are a couple of shots I took out there during that time.
