VOLUME ONE
Welcome to the first edition of Steemit Greeters Guild Weekly Motivation!
We all come to Steemit for various reasons. Some just to make money, some to make friends, some to find a new avenue to express themselves or even to be noticed for their art and prowess in their area of expertise. Whatever the reason is, most of us find out quickly that this platform is unique. We find that what we originally planned on doing evolves into something else.
With the SGG Community Spotlight, different areas of Steemit will be explored, things such as fundraisers, a new bot that may help make things easier for you, or ones that can help you earn more. The best part is, it is all at your fingertips.
Through our other publications The Newbie Spotlight and The Curation Spotlight, our goals are to give hope, share and offer help. To do exactly like they say put a 'SPOTLIGHT' on individuals that seem to need visibility, a vote of confidence, suggestions to help them grow, but most of all to encourage them not to give up.
One of the best things about this is the community. Not only do you have access to the activity on Steemit, you have access to a second world. Discord Each group usually has their own Discord channel. The best part is, besides live interaction, is it is a place of learning and growing. For SGG we have #the-library in which we put posts that are beneficial to everyone, a database so to speak. We offer a training camp hosted by one of our members @wolfhart and will be starting a writing academy which will be run by @ntowl.

The great philosopher, Confucius once said,
Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
So many of us have great dreams and aspirations, visions that are laudable, visions that would make people celebrate us, but because they never materialize, no one celebrates us.
Most of the time we start well but fall along the way, while some of us do not start at all because we feel we do not have the platform to launch the issue is not falling along the way, rather the fact that we fail to get back up after we fall.
