Details
Difficulty: 3/5 In order to have as much as matching skills as possible use a search component with the autocomplete component to find matching skills from other users. Use the q-chip component This must be a shared component like the language form component because it will be used by the bounty module later
Design
Acceptance criteria * When the user types at least 3 characters return a list of max 10 tags with a 'starts with' filter * Display the number of occurrences in the search result but add only the tag name * A user can create a tag if it doesn't exist * set a max of 30 skills

General advice
- You need to be sure that what you developed is responsive. To do this, it is not enough to check on the phone. You should also you manually resize the browser. Here is a hint: use the quasar breakpoints and col-* classes.
- You need to verify your work on multiple browsers, including Chrome and Firefox. If you can also check multiple OS, even better.
- All strings must be placed in the i18n package
- Don't forget to run
yarn testin the root package

Reward
