Hola amigas y amigos de Holos y Lotus. Como en cada post, les deseo que estén teniendo buenos momentos en sus vidas, llenos de salud, alegría y mucho, pero mucho amor.

Aprendí en la vida a sentir orgullo de quien soy y lo que aporto al mundo. Puedo llegar a ser sal y luz del mundo siempre y cuando me lo propongo, y eso es todos los días del calendario. No ando por ahí ocultando mi personalidad ni fingiendo ser algo que no soy y siendo en cada espacio y contexto según sea necesario y quien no disfrute de mi persona, aprendí también a dejarlas ir y a no forzar relaciones.

Hoy me gustaría compartir con quienes me leen algunas reflexiones sobre este tema tan importante que es aceptarnos como somos, disfrutarnos, amarnos, entendernos, consentirnos, sentirnos y vivirnos.

Somos únicos e irrepetibles dentro de la inmensidad de la creación y somos imprescindibles para ayudar a otros a lograr sus metas y propósitos en la vida. Por eso fuimos puestos a vivir en sociedad y educados para tener amigos, relaciones amorosas y conocidos. Y justamente por eso nuestro valor es incalculable.

No debemos esforzarnos por encajar en un determinado grupo o tema de conversación ya que cada quien tiene su espacio y su momento de brillar. Debemos cultivarnos cada día para mejorar en cuanto a conocimientos y emociones positivas. Tampoco debemos limitarnos a mostrar quienes somos. Hay personas de confianza que no nos juzgarán y celebrarán todas nuestras locuras e imperfecciones.

Quien realmente nos quiera no va a sentir vergüenza de agarrar nuestra mano o caminar junto a nosotros. Irá orgulloso u orgullosa por ser parte importante de nuestro mundo interior y del exterior y se sumara a vibrar con nosotros en la misma sintonía.

Yo he tenido la suerte de encontrar esas personas con las que puedo ser yo misma sin límites y ya puedo identificar con quién ser y con quién no como resultado de experiencias vividas en mi no muy larga trayectoria hasta ahora, pero que fueron en varias ocasiones la gota que colmó el vaso y me abrió los ojos a la realidad.

En algún momento de mi vida sí quise encajar, pero eso fue antes. ¡Hoy quiero ser yo! Quiero ser libre y que me quieran de verdad. Ya escojo mis compañías y me rodeo de personas positivas, que me aporten y que me den la posibilidad de poderles retribuir sin engaños, falsedades, hipocresía o medias verdades.

Sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos nos permite andar por la vida confiados y seguros de que no nos defraudaremos. Somos quienes somos porque es lo que tenemos que ser.

Somos suficientes.

Somos quienes nos hemos venido acompañado desde que existimos y quienes lo harán hasta el último viaje. Somos quienes podemos salvarnos, somos quienes podemos darnos alegría. Las compañías van y vienen, pero lo fundamental es ser siempre uno mismo y no tener miedo de serlo ante los demás. Nadie es mejor que tú, sino igual, con el toque personal de cada quien, que te hace exclusiva o exclusivo.

¡Ésta soy yo, no hay otra y nunca la habrá!

Hello friends of Holos and Lotus. As with every post, I wish you wonderful moments in your lives filled with health, joy, and so, so much love.

I’ve learned to take pride in who I am and what I bring to the world. I can be salt and light if I choose to be and that choice comes every single day. I don’t hide my personality or pretend to be someone I’m not. I show up as myself in every space and context, as needed. And if someone doesn’t appreciate me? I’ve learned to let them go no forced relationships.

Today, I want to share some reflections with you about something vital: accepting ourselves as we are, enjoying who we are, loving, understanding, pampering, feeling, and fully living ourselves.

We are unique irreplaceable in this vast creation and essential to helping others achieve their dreams. That’s why we’re made to live in society, to have friends, loves, and connections. And that’s exactly why our worth is beyond measure.

We shouldn’t strain to fit into certain groups or conversations. Everyone has their own space and time to shine. Instead, we should nurture ourselves daily growing in knowledge and positive emotions. And we must stop holding back who we are. There are people we can trust, ones who won’t judge but will celebrate our quirks and imperfections.

Those who truly love us won’t feel ashamed to hold our hand or walk beside us. They’ll stand proud to be part of our inner and outer world, vibrating with us in harmony.

I’ve been lucky to find people with whom I can be unapologetically myself. And through experiences some hard, some eye-opening, I’ve learned who deserves my authenticity and who doesn’t.

There was a time I wanted to fit in but that was before. Now? I want to be me. I want freedom and real love. I choose my circle carefully: positive people who add value to my life and let me give back to theirs no lies, no hypocrisy, no half-truths.

Feeling good about ourselves lets us walk through life with confidence, knowing we won’t let ourselves down. We are who we are because that’s who we’re meant to be.

We are enough.

We’re the ones who’ve been with ourselves since the beginning and will be until the very end. We’re the ones who can save ourselves, who can bring ourselves joy. People come and go, but the core truth remains: Be yourself, unafraid. No one is better than you just different, with their own unique touch that makes them them.

This is me—there’s no other, and there never will be!
