"River cruise?" was my reply when asked by a friend who I occasionally hook up with asked if I fancied a last minute getaway.... "advertised with a substantial discount" perked me up.
"Yeah" she replied " Amsterdam to Budapest, 14 nights, goes out in 3 days time, £1,900 discount per person"
"Fuck yeah," says I as I threw a spare pair of pants into a Lidl carrier bag
So here we are in the wonderful city of Amsterdam, the pair of us suitably attired for an epic float along the waterways of central europe. Time for just a quiet stroll along the canalside before it's anchors away.
A canal barge moored had to be snapped. "Street art".....is it?

Would it not be wonderful if in the parallel universe when darkness falls that these figures come alive and speak to us of their dreams.
