Whats up everybody!
My name is Arthur Guedes and I’ve been skating since I was a kid. I remember being fascinated with skateboarding before even stepping my feet on one, but after I got my first board it instantly became my passion.
After a long beginning of flatground learning alone in the garage, I started skating at the local D.I.Y Plaza (Praça Duó before it became a skatepark) and also at Praça XV, which are very important spots for me and for Rio de Janeiro skateboarding scene to this day.
Soon I connected with the VIDALOCAGI crew and filmed my first street video part. Since then, I’ve continued skating street spots and participated in some other independent audiovisual projects from Rio de Janeiro.
Last year, alongside with my friend, skateboarder and video maker Vitor Pinella we filmed a videopart for INSOLENTE, a short skatemovie signed by his brand Inusual with parts of some other dope skaters. Then this year we released "Enterro dos Ossos" as a sequence, a shorter movie made with some new footage and some rejects from the first video.

I’ve had some injuries during the course of the last years and right now I’m rehabilitating after a surgery on my wrist. Even though it’s been a though process, I’m forever grateful for skateboarding and I can’t wait to be back at it 100%.
