## Una obra nunca se termina.
En la pasada edición de "Compartiendo mis arreglos musicales", mostré un trabajo de un tema titulado "Amanecer" de Pedro Emilio Crassus, esta obra musical prácticamente esta en peligro de extinción, nadie la toca, por ende, cada vez que me decido hacer un arreglo, lo hago con intención de rescatar el legado musical venezolano que yace olvidado.
Modifiqué este arreglo y le agregué otro canción venezolana, Atardecer de Lencho Amaro, por ende el título de esta obra es "Amanecer - Atardecer" y creo que es evidente lo que quise expresar en esta mezcolanza de ambas obras.
En el Arreglo se puede sentir la energía potente pero lenta del Amanecer y luego la caída del Atardecer y la mágica llegada de la Noche, que abraza con su misterio y Calma a todos los habitantes del planeta tierra.
## Componer o arreglar es ensayo y error.
En cualquier oficio en el que nos encontremos, vamos adquiriendo experiencia, y esta se obtiene a través de los errores y los aciertos, nadie nace aprendido, por más talento que tengas debes estudiar y equivocarte, es parte de la vida de cualquier ser humano.
En mi rol como Compositor y Arreglista, he tenido que borrar y reescribir cientos de partes, una y otra vez, por el sencillo hecho de que hay cosas que no funcionan y otras que sí, son gajes del oficio como dicen los maestros.
Recuerdo que el primer arreglo que hice para un formato venezolano sonó terrible, era un bossa nova sonaba a rayos y centellas, pero de esos errores (y tambien aciertos) se aprende muchísimo y poco a poco se construye una imagen como músico y compositor.
Y así es la vida, triunfos y derrotas, es una batalla constante por lograr lo que se quiere, es un constante avanzar y retroceder, el camino no es una línea recta sino un camino lleno de obstáculos, de momentos de frustración y otros de enorme gozo.

A work is never finished.
In the last edition of "Sharing My Musical Arrangements," I showcased a piece titled "Amanecer" (Dawn) by Pedro Emilio Crassus. This musical work is practically in danger of extinction; no one plays it. For that reason, every time I decide to create an arrangement, I do it with the intention of rescuing the forgotten Venezuelan musical legacy. I modified this arrangement and added another Venezuelan song, "Atardecer" (Dusk) by Lencho Amaro. Therefore, the title of this work is "Amanecer - Atardecer," and I think what I wanted to express in this blend of both works is evident. In the arrangement, you can feel the powerful yet slow energy of the Dawn, and then the fall of the Dusk and the magical arrival of the Night, which embraces all inhabitants of planet Earth with its mystery and calm.Composing or arranging is trial and error.
In any craft we pursue, we gain experience, and this is obtained through mistakes and successes. No one is born with all the knowledge. No matter how much talent you have, you must study and make mistakes; it's part of every human being's life. In my role as a composer and arranger, I've had to erase and rewrite hundreds of parts, over and over, for the simple reason that some things don't work while others do. It's part of the trade, as the masters say. I remember the first arrangement I made for a Venezuelan format sounded terrible. It was a bossa nova that sounded awful, but from those mistakes (and also successes), you learn so much, and little by little, you build an image as a musician and composer. And that's how life is: triumphs and defeats. It's a constant battle to achieve what you want; it's a constant advance and retreat. The path is not a straight line but one full of obstacles, moments of frustration, and others of enormous joy. Thank you for reading if you made it this far. A fraternal hug.
