Few year ago I consult a doctor as I always has a headache. During the examine doctor checked my blood pressure and he immediately warm me that I have to take care of my daily routine and take a break form work load. He told me straight forward if I will not take care right now the problem will increase and it will effect my body physically and mentally also. This was the time I decided not to take unnecessary work load and started taking care of my body. The first I changed in my lifestyle was that I started walking daily and some breathing exercises. This helps me a lot to be honest. Another change I try to have in my daily life was not taking unnecessary stress related to work or personal life. Their are many things which are not in our control so why to take unnecessary tension or stress when we can not do anything. Their are many people around me when are also in same situation and you must be heard of lots of time that some persons are very short tempered the main reason behind such behaviour is stress only. The stress give birth to many other disorders and loosing temper is one of them. And another facts is that main reason for this situation is work pressure only. It's is unfortunate that the place which is suppose to be enjoyable and productive, become the reason of stress in life. We are living in a technology era and technology was supposed to make us relaxed. But the things are opposite to it right now, the technology make us more busy. For example the tools and mechanics used in the agricultural were invented to do the work in field and replace the manual work done. This not only take care of all labour intensive work but also reduce the time taken by different activities. But do you think they farmers get more free time as compared to the old days when those machines were not present. The answer is no, the reason is the greed inside us. The start involving in other activities like having three crops in a year which were two only in past. Another example is Aeroplane, which was supposed to save our travel time and make us more relaxed but do you think it's is happening this way. Every one in the plan is watching the movie or any other content on phone instead of relaxing. People are getting pushed to take odd hour flight also.
Is their any way we could life our life stress free, in my opinion their is no way. If you look at the life of kings and queens also then you realised that they were also not spared of stress. Every one has different type and level of stress and upto some extend the stress level is ok as they boost our productivity but excess of anything is always has bad effect and it's application for stress also. If you want to live a life then stress is a part of life and we have to deal with it and make a balance. The main challange in today life is work life balance, specially in developing countries. The people are working for 10 - 12 hours which ultimately become the reason of stress, body also need the relaxation. I have my own option about stress also, they way we can not value the shadow without going into open when sun is shining or we can not enjoy our happiness without engaging the sadness, we can not enjoy the stress free life if we donnot engane with it. For me if I want to relax my mind and body I simply turn on my favourite music and it really work for me very efficiently. The other activity I love to engage is watching some movie or TV show of my interest. I guess music works for many of us.
