The game is similar to the magic dice but the here you can roll under certain number only (no option of over).
The developer has given the Dividend option also for the participants of the game. For every roll equivalent to 1 Steem the participant will get 50 SBT (Steem-Bet Token) and the dividend payment amount is depends upon the SBT one stake. Total SBT token issuance: 4,400,000,000 (4.4 billion). The time I was writing the post the 19.63% token was mined.
The mining ratio decreases as the amount of token mined increases, being halved after every 5%(220,000,000) of total supply mined.
