Have you ever noticed how some people who've faced hardships seem to want others to experience similar struggles? It's as if they're driven by a desire to validate their own experiences by making others go through the same thing. This behavior can be exhausting, especially when it feels like they're trying to impose their opinions on you.

Trying to please everyone is a recipe for stress and anxiety, because when you prioritize others' opinions over your own needs and desires, you can lose yourself in the process. It's liberating to recognize that you can't control how others think or feel, and that it's okay to set boundaries and make choices that work for you.

The Power of Individuality;Let's normalize allowing people to make their own choices and decisions. When we do this, we create space for growth, learning, and self-discovery. Of course, we can offer advice and support, but ultimately, it's up to each individual to decide what's best for themselves.

Life is already complex and challenging; let's not make it more complicated by trying to control others or seeking validation from them. By embracing individuality and respecting each other's differences, we can create a more supportive and inclusive environment. So, let's focus on being our authentic selves and letting others do the same.
