Hello my online friends,
I have a nice series of street photographs from the city of Santiago de Compostella. I made a post about it a couple of days ago but I had so many pictures that this is part two. I split the post up in horizontal pictures and vertical once. And for the small streets I normally try to make the pictures vertical. To give you a better view of the little alleys and streets. Buildings are normally tall to so it is prettier to take pictures vertical to.
First I cane across this old building with a garden inside. People were walking in to the sunlight and that was very pretty to see. I stood there for a couple of minutes an totally forgot to go and have a look inside.
A child playing in front of a church while his family was paying a visit inside. Not really a holiday destination for a small kid like that.
Single people in the streets make it look way better. It's all about perspective.
I am wondering now if it was possible to capture both people in the mirroring of the window. I should have looked for a better composition for that. Definitely going to pay more attention to reflections when I am doing street photography.
Some time just an empty street is also very pretty.
The cropped version is even better if I can say so.
Sou;ld I have waited for a person without reflection clothes? Maybe a tourist in this frame would have been better.
I love the shadow and the reflections of the sunlight from the windows on the floor and the building across. I should have taken some more close ups of that.
Very nice with the cafe sign in frame. Maybe a bit close up would have been better for this picture.
