Short Thursday Diary
On Thursday, I walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes after lunch. It helped me reach the 10,000-step mark on the day. After that, I had a short afternoon nap before joining the evening shift duty. In the morning, after the Fajr prayer, I also had a second round of morning sleep!
On my mobile, I have two step-trackers: the Fitbit app and the Sweatcoin app. The acifit app is synced with the Fitbit app. Hence, at the time of posting an actifit report, I just import the steps from the Fitbit app to the actifit app. It's a super easy process. On the other hand, the sweatcoin app earns me $SWEAT! Every day, steps from from 3000-10000 range are converted into $SWEAT coin. On Thursday, I earned 0.78 $SWEAT!
At work, on Thursday, I consulted 25 patients in my chamber. A good number of patients came in the evening. Hence, it was a somewhat busy time in the evening. There was no emergency case! In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for the fitness tests!
