After almost two weeks, I put my running shoes on to give it another try.
I simply had no time for running the last couple of weeks because I had too many steps to walk. Sounds counterintuitive, but it's true. I'm still too heavy to comfortably jog for a long period of time and not being totally done for after it.
Last time I needed a break from walking long hours for two days and it almost cost me my win forthe week.
So I went with the extremely conservative approach of 2x15 minutes of jogging after 30 minutes of walking and I can say now, that I feel fine. It was not too much for my body.
I even intend to repeat today's regimen.
