On weekends, my family and I usually go shopping for daily necessities and groceries. This time, we had quite a list: a folding umbrella for my child, a new lunch box, some office supplies for me, and more.
We decided to get everything done in one trip, so we drove to a large home improvement store where we could find it all. The store is a bit far from home, but it’s near a calm, beautiful sea, making it a great location.
After finishing our shopping, I thought it would be nice to take a quick stroll by the sea. Unfortunately, we had a packed schedule that day, so I had to skip it. I hope to set aside some time to relax by the sea soon.
On our way home, we decided to grab lunch. There’s a ramen shop I’ve been curious about. Every time we pass by, there’s always a huge line of people waiting, so we never got the chance to go. But today, the line was shorter than usual—finally, our chance!
So let me introduce Kyabeton Ramen in Miura.
It was my first time at Kyabeton Ramen, and I was excited! At first, I planned to order their classic soy sauce pork bone ramen, but I got too excited and ended up ordering their limited-time mazesoba (mixed noodles) instead. I forgot to stick to the basics, but hey, the mazesoba looked delicious too, so no regrets!
As the name suggests, mazesoba is meant to be mixed before eating. It even comes with the shop’s signature ingredient: cabbage. The cabbage is lightly fried, giving it a crispy texture while enhancing its natural sweetness—so tasty!
What’s more, mazesoba comes with a small portion of white rice. After finishing the noodles, you mix the remaining sauce with the rice. This combination is so flavorful—a special treat you can only enjoy with mazesoba. I loved every bite, right to the very end!
All in all, it was a great day. We got everything we needed, and I finally got to try Kyabeton Ramen.

週末、家族で日用品や食料の買い出しに出かけます。 この日は子供の折り畳み傘とか弁当箱とか、私が会社で使う事務用品など色々買うものがあって。
いっぺんに買い物を済ませたかったので、すべてが揃いそうな大型ホームセンターへ車で出かけました。
家からはちょっと遠いのですが、穏やかな海が近くて、買い物の後に遊べるちょうど良いロケーションなんです。
買い物が終わったら、ちょっと海でも見に行きたいな。。と思ったのですが、その後の予定が詰まっていたので今回は断念。 そのうち海でゆっくり過ごす時間を設けたいと思います。
帰り道でお昼を食べようとなりました。 気になっているラーメン屋さんがあって。この道を通るたび、いつも行列の人がすごくて断念していたのですが、、今日は行列がそれほどでもない。行けそう！！
とゆうことで、三浦にある「きゃべとんラーメン」を紹介します。
初めての「きゃべとんラーメン」嬉しい！ まずは定番のしょうゆ豚骨ラーメンにしようと思っていたのですが、テンション上がりすぎて、期間限定のまぜそばを頼んでしまいました。定石を踏むのを忘れてしまいましたが、これもおいしそうなのでいいじゃないか。
さて、まぜそばなので混ぜて食べます。 お店の売りであるキャベツも入っています。 キャベツは素揚げしてあるのでシャキシャキの食感は残りつつも熱が入ったことによって甘みが増した気がしておいしいです！
そして、まぜそばには「一口サイズの白米」が付いているのですが、これは麺を食べきったあとに、器に残った汁と白米をまぜて食べるためです。 絶妙に残った汁と白米を一緒に食べるとおいしい。まぜそばならではの楽しみ方です。最後までおいしくいただけました。
いやぁ、買いたいものも買えたしきゃべとんラーメンにも行けたしで、良い日でした。 皆さんも良い週末を。そして新しい一週間がより良い日でありますように。
