***Hello! Hi! Mabuhay! How are you dear Hivers? I hope you are doing fine!***
*We often celebrate when there are special occasions like birthdays, weddings, passing the board exams, and other big things. We also forget that even the small things deserve to be celebrated, just like completing the task in one day and finishing the tasks assigned.*
**Come with me, as I share the amazing celebration I had with my colleagues at Rica's Beach Resort.**
__________

Just like sunset, you would be proud of yourself for the things you thought you could not do at the end of the day.
__________
Well, pardon me for the long talks. LOL
***Rica's Beach Resort*** is one of the gems of the municipality. Since San Remigio is known to have the longest shoreline in Cebu, We were lucky to have enjoyed this beauty during our trip. For 150 pesos (2.66 US dollars), you can enjoy the view at its pools for kids and adults.

-------
#### A Quick Tour of the Resort
Upon entering the resort, there is a reception hall for the registration. You can also buy drinks and other necessities you need from there.

I just took Yakult that time. Not a good time for a bottle of beer. HEHE.
Surely, these men did have a good chit-chat.
-------
From there, you can see the wide view of the resort that is perfect for reunions and gatherings for families and friends, kids and adults.

------
There is also enough space for cooking, washing, and grilling!
Worry No more! It was tidy. So, it's a plus point for us that we did not have to worry about our barbecue. The boys were assigned to cook, of course. We were like Disney princesses whose tasks were just to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

-------
Before coming in here, my coworker already booked a reservation for us. The chosen cottage was quite small for us, so we asked the caretaker if we could occupy the other spaces. Luckily, the staff were so kind that they allowed us without an extra fee.

-----
They have lots of beautiful cottages made of bamboo. The price of these ranges from 400-600 pesos depending on how many of you will occupy.

-------
Since we only booked for a DAY-USE, we could not access any of the rooms. Instead, we literally took each room a photo so we could look like we stayed there for a night.
Well, lemme show you some! Aren't they cozy? Surely, you will have a wonderful stay here. My bad for not asking the price of each room.

--------
Aside from that, there is also a wide space for games and team-building activities. During that day, we had fun dancing, playing, and laughing. We were just being true to ourselves.

------
They also have these chairs placed near the seashore where you can look over the sunset.

-------
#### Waaaait! There's more!
I think one of the reasons why tourists keep coming back to a resort is the picturesque views that are worth a photo. With the help of social media, the photos you posted became on trend or viral, which, of course a good marketing strategy to promote the resort. Well, I'm really not a business expert nor familiar with this kind of business. But would you agree with my idea? *( Perhaps, My future blogs will feature my small business, and that I am starting to learn these things. Chuckles)*
So much for that, here are views which I mentioned that are worth a photo.

-------
After our sumptuous lunch, we decided to take some photos as a souvenir of our celebration. we roamed around and excitedly posed for photos. Gladly these people love to have photos to be taken just like me.

-----------
It was time to refresh. Their pool is clean and cold. How refreshing it was to soak ourselves in the pool. Undeniably, our inner child was somehow fulfilled and healed. Or maybe, just for me. Here's a fun fact.
-----
I had my first pool experience when I was in my fourth year of high school. Since then, I or my family could not afford to go to resorts and beaches to enjoy. I never tried the feeling of what and how the kids enjoyed their lives nowadays. But then again, those memories were one of the best.
------

And of course, the endless *chikas* **( chit-chats)** never went out of our mouths.
-------------------
-----------
It was time for us to go home. But my heart wanted to stay. The sky was about to be painted red and pink pastel colors. Yes, the sun was about to set.
So I ask everybody to stay for half an hour just to witness the majestic sunset. They all agreed since it was also a good time for us to reflect on how fulfilling it was to end the day with no stress and just pure and genuine happiness.

------
And that ends my story for today. One thing I learned from this blog is that *No matter how busy or stressed you are, Do not forget to give yourself time to relax, enjoy, and celebrate.*
