Northern Norway 16. March 2021
During March we had some days with great weather and had to be spent the best way. For me of course, to be out. Preferably up in the mountain. So I did. This hike was around 20 km up to around 600 meters altitude.
If you look closely on the picture above you can see a pack of reindeers. They came over the hill and down to the area around the lake. A nice experience to watch the sprawling down in the backlight.
After 6 km uphill it is a nice plateau for skiing inward the mountain. We came up in the valley in the background and to the left in the picture.
The mountain in the background is called Beisfjordtøtta and 1446 meter high.
The fence is used in connection with reindeer husbandry.
Everything circulates.
Best regards Harald
