How strange to find in the middle of this 1970's world a brand new building, carefully thought out, planned flora, maybe designed to attached fauna. I'm sure there was someone with better training than me who can explain the connections between what is here now and what came before from the native vegetation to the use of bricks which was call back to the public housing that was demolished to build this.
A plan to start again in a more integrated, cleaner, and let's face it more expensive way.
