Agonizing.

She, is our currency, and that am refering to happened a bunch of years ago, still she's alive though, barely, and I don't know how, cause she is and has been agonizing for so long now since that spot. >So are we. The fact is that she began to gradually and progressively lose value, to the point where we are today, where certain denominations of our currency no longer have any use value. You can no longer buy anything with them by them selves I mean. In previous periods there had already been inflationary surges that gradually deflated back to some slightly behaviour, but a stable financial situation was never maintained, much less did our currency recover its value to be properly used according to one's earnings. What we're seeing today has set the tone for the highest inflationary levels in the history of our existence. >When I say our existence, I'm also referring to previous generations.  The benchmark exchange rate for understanding a bit our situation has always been our currency's exchange rate against the US dollar. Cause one has always needed dollars to buy one's needs, otherwise oe fails buying. Today exchange rate reaches $440 of our currency for 1 dolar and going up, I repeat, the highest in history. Back when the first crisis wave in the 90s this rate reached $ 150 pesos for 1 dollar. Yes, we're fucked.  Now the prices of everything on the streets have been skyrocketing in a crazy way that has put a purple face on our currency, which no longer knows how to defend itself from so many blows received and now more than ever she is, once again, agonizing. >So are we. But apparently in those states of agony one is more resistant for some reason and death takes its time to arrive. So she's hanging in there. > So are we. The thing is, entertainment here(not that there's too many options) is expensive, at least that one entertains oneself by one's means, in which case I could certainly give a good use to a $10 bill this weekend by getting it into my pocket to wait there another thounsands to come and join the army to fight prices, then I would grab a free sheet or a newspaper in order to building up a paper ship with it, yeah, a paper ship to take advantage of the rainy season we're into and make a test to see if it floats in the street flooded waters.   I would take my sons with me with their ships as well so we would probably have a good and entertained time in the competition of the ships. The 10 would still be in my pocket waiting, yeah, cause there's no entertainment one can pay here with that poor bill here, the passage of one person to downtown in a yellow tricycle from my place is the only thing I reckon one can pay with that and that's not entertaining at all, besides I would be out of budget without any fun. >I can't allow that to happen. Right? ***I must clarify the yellow tricycle thing, cause tricycles of other colors (particular) charge the ticket at 50 pesos or more. There are particular yellow ones as well, but not like these ones.***
